Elegant, sophisticated and exclusive - the attributes of international models are also seen in the impressive facade of the Titanium House in the Munich Fashion Mall. Cool elegance and dramatic geometry epitomize this home for the trend collections of Germany's leading clothing manufacturers.

The Titanium House is the second building to be erected in the Munich Fashion Mall, joining the Bronze House with its designer collections for the premium sector. Twenty-two rental units for fashion companies, light-filled showrooms and a food court on the ground floor are located in the five-story fashion center of the Titanium Fashion Mall.

This project, which combines aesthetics with a high degree of functionality, was built by Fürst Development in cooperation with Dipl.-Ing. architect Ingrid S. Dreer and Maier Neuberger Projekte GmbH.

Novelis Anodizing Quality J57S® - Haute couture in aluminum

The cladding, made from Novelis anodizing quality J57S®, grabs the attention primarily due to its unusually geometric forms and brilliant finish. The thermally insulated façade system elements are made from aluminum panels with a titanium-colored anodized surface. The striking architecture with its characteristic vertically structured panels has overall architectural harmony despite its seemingly arbitrary geometry.
